EMS Therapy Products

Standard Term, 2 years: Our warranty ensures coverage for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the original retail purchase date by the end-user. Should a fault arise within this period and a valid claim is submitted, Techness Pro will either repair the faulty device or provide a replacement with a new or serviceable used product, unless an extended warranty was purchased.

Percussion Therapy Products

Standard Term, 1 year: Our warranty guarantees coverage for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date by the end-user. Should a fault occur within this period and a valid claim is submitted, Techness Pro will either repair the faulty device or provide a replacement with a new or serviceable used product.

Compression Therapy Products

Lifetime Warranty: All compression products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Our Lifetime Warranty covers any damage, faults, or other issues arising from the product's design or manufacturing.
